The outfit in yellow is the eye focus as it's in more vivid color than the 2 outfits beside, a purple handbag match with the yellow outfit in contrast color to outstand each other.
Focusing on handbags color. Red-orange, pink and yellow are in analogous scheme, creating warm and sweet harmony.
Again focus on handbags, as using white outfits to outstand the handbag colors.
Color mood is warm and fresh, therefore vivid colors with high chroma and low value are used.
